Our son was 4 months old and relied on lots of different sleep props to go to sleep. He was swaddled, had a soother, and I would have to bounce on the yoga ball until he was asleep then carefully put him down. Without fail he would be up again 45 minutes later needing to be bounced back to sleep again. If we were lucky he would sleep for two hours. I was exhausted and went to bed as soon as William was down. That doesn’t leave much time to spend with my husband. We decided to call Shan and make some changes. Shan was professional and listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve. From the first night of the program we saw changes in the sleep William was having. Now we are down to one night waking for food, then right back to sleep. I can spend time with my husband again and everyone is better rested. Shan provided the support we needed to make the changes to help everyone get more rest!
