Tip #4 Bedtime Routine

 

Bedtime routine should start about 30 minutes before you want your baby in bed. You want the routine to be predictable and consistent. Here is a sample of a great bedtime routine:

-bottle or nursing
-bath
-jammies
-brush teeth
-into the sleep sack
-turn on the white noise
-kiss goodnight

***Baby needs to be put in the crib wide awake***
