We had read several books but found it difficult to apply the ideas to our baby.

We were at a loss with our 9 month old daughter. She was still getting up twice a night and often only napping 1/2 hr at a time so we were struggling to transition to just 2 naps a day. We knew at this point she should be able to sleep through the night and nap longer but just couldn’t seem to get her there. We had read several books but found it difficult to apply the ideas to our baby. She has a milk protein allergy and felt this really contributed to the habit of the night wakenings as we always had to be checking her diaper in the night.
