Thanks so much to Shan for making everyone in the house happier and well rested. Getting my little one to sleep was a full time job both day and night, and it was really taking a toll on my mental health. Plus, I felt like I could never leave the house because it always resulted in lots of crying. Yes, there are books you can read, but what I really needed was a human to be able to talk to. I just had no idea how to start, and what sort of follow through for the “what ifs” . I’m actually able to get a few things done around the house and even get a little exercise in during naptimes, my husband and I can actually spend some time together in the evenings, and we all get a decent night sleep!
