My first child was a terrible sleeper, she needed a gymnastics routine of bouncing and rocking to get her sleeping. I read many books and articles on how to sleep train and thought I could do it myself. I failed horribly. With my second child Harrison, as soon as his night sleeping became a problem (waking every two hours to feed) I decided this time to call in reinforcements. It is worth every penny to have someone in your corner telling you what to do and what to expect, Shan was a great support system for me. Following Shan’s plan, our son went from waking every two hours to sleeping twelve hours straight by night 2. Now he is one of those babies that you can put in the crib smiling and awake, leave the room and he will be asleep in under 10 minutes with little to no protest – a type of baby that I thought only existed in fairy tales. Our lives have improved ten fold. I am so happy to have called Shan.
