We were at the end of our rope with how little sleep we were getting with our 4 month old baby. He was waking every 1.5 – 2 hours consistently for 4 weeks when we decided we needed to do SOMETHING. We were both so run down, and our son was so overtired that he was miserable when he was awake. We had read the Sleep Sense program, but we were both still nervous about starting. This was life changing for my husband and I. We felt renewed and had more energy to enjoy our son fully in the daytime. More importantly, our baby became much happier in his waking hours.
